INVESTING WITH US ENTITLES


Finance up to 70% of the total value for

  • Readymade Houses/Buildings
  • Construction of House/Buildings,
  • Readymade apartment, bungalow, duplex
  • Renovation and / or extension of building


Interest Rate

  • 14.00% per annum for up to 5 yrs.
  • 15.00% per annum above  5 yrs.

 

Tenure

  • Maximum of 15 years
  • Loan shall be terminated on /or before 60 years of age of the borrower.
  • Repayment: Equal Monthly Installments (EMI)

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Age 18 years and above
  • Professionals, salaried individuals and self employed individuals, etc..
  • Nepali individuals
  • Access to the property should be not less than 8’ wide road


FEES AND CHARGES 

The following charges are to be levied


  • Management fee: 1% of loan amount
  • Documentation Fee: NPR 3,000.00 flat
  • Prepayment Fee:
    • 1% of pre-paid amount if prepaid within 5 years
    • 0.5% of pre-paid amount if prepaid after 5 years
  • CIB Charge: NPR 750.00 per page
